Child and Financial Mediation Services
Here's how I can support you and your loved ones. My goal is to provide a friendly and straightforward approach, so you can feel confident in finding the right path for you and your family.
My approach
Most couples are able to reach agreements through mediation. If some matters remain unresolved, my commitment is to provide a clear and supportive summary of what has been agreed and where differences remain.
This helps you move forward with clarity, saving time and cost by avoiding repeated discussions and ensuring any next steps are focused only where they’re truly needed.
When separation becomes difficult
Separation isn't simply about deciding where you will live next. There can be a lot to work through, particularly when you have children, shared finances or a home together.
You may need to agree arrangements for your children, including where they stay, holidays, birthdays and how you'll manage important decisions as they grow up.
There may also be financial decisions to make, from the family home and savings to pensions, debts and ongoing financial support.
Even when you both want to move forward, having these conversations can be difficult. Mediation provides a calm and impartial space to work through the issues together, understand what matters to each of you and explore practical options.
You don't have to have everything worked out before you start mediation. The purpose of mediation is to help you have the conversations and work through the decisions that need to be made.
Family mediation / Divorce mediation

I offer expert family mediation services that empower families to resolve conflicts and achieve amicable agreements. As a skilled mediator, I create a neutral and informal space where open communication thrives, allowing all parties to express their concerns and needs confidently.
By focusing on collaboration and understanding, I expertly guide families through challenging situations, ensuring that every voice is heard as we work towards fair resolutions. With my proactive and compassionate approach, we foster healthier relationships and promote enduring solutions for families.
Child inclusive mediation

I can also offer child-inclusive mediation, recognising the importance of including children in the resolution process when appropriate.
For this, I work with a trusted colleague who specialises in child mediation. They speak directly with the children in a safe, age-approriate way, and their views are then fed back into the process.
This helps ensure children's voices are heard, supporting more balanced and effective outcomes for families.
Child arrangements (Parenting plans)

I offer specialist mediation for child arrangements and parenting plans, helping you and your co-parent reach clear, practical agreements without the need to go to court. Mediation keeps decision-making in your hands, allowing you to create arrangements that reflect your children’s needs and your family’s unique circumstances.
Through a calm and structured process, I support open and constructive discussions around living arrangements, time spent with each parent, and future planning. My approach focuses on cooperation and clarity, helping you build a workable parenting plan that supports your children’s wellbeing and provides a strong foundation for positive co-parenting moving forward.
Costs
All costs are fixed and inclusive of other charges.
I know it’s important to have clarity about costs, which is why I offer fixed fees, with no hidden extras for session notes or follow-up letters, charges that some mediation services add separately.
Anyone wishing to begin court proceedings is now required to obtain a certificate from a mediator confirming attendance at a MIAM. Following a MIAM or mediation, if you require a signed court form (mediator’s certificate) — C100, Form A, or FM1 — I provide this for a flat fee of £35, even if more than one form is required.
